More progress!

We passed our waterproofing/drainage inspection! Don back-filled around the perimeter of the foundation, set the retaining wall (using the huge boulders he came across when digging the foundation for the wall – it’s looking neat, see photos below), graded the floor, and last but not least, set the front lolly column and the 50’ I-beam with the excavator.

We are excited that we don’t have another inspection until we begin building in the Spring – it’s very stressful and a scheduling pain!
